Fast Italian Grilled Chops

If you’ve got a grill, a few spices, and some pork chops, you’ve got dinner!

Here’s What You Will Need:

4 Bone-In Pork Chops

4 T. Olive Oil

1/2 tsp. Dry Marjoram

1/4 tsp. Dry Ground Sage

1 tsp. Granulated Garlic

1 tsp. Onion Powder

Salt and Cracked Pepper, reserved

Heat up the grill to the highest setting.

Meanwhile, in a large but shallow casserole dish drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle all of the spices.

Place all of the chops on the seasoned oil, liberally salt and pepper each chop before flipping to coat the other side.  Liberally salt and pepper the second side of each chop and then head out to the piping hot grill.

Turn the grill heat down to medium and immediately place each chop on the grill.  Make sure that you get a good sear by not flipping the chop over too soon.   Cook each side for approximately 3-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches least 145 degrees (the cooking time will depend upon the thickness of the pork chops).
