Corn Casserole

Reminiscent of early Sunday dinners at Grandma’s this old fashioned recipe is worth reviving!  This version, although gluten free, is every bit as delicious as the one you remember.  This easy recipe can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated until you are ready to bake it.

Here’s What You Will Need:

1 (16 Ounce) Package of Frozen Corn, thawed

2 Eggs, beaten

1 3/4 C. GF Cubed Bread

1 C. Sharp Cheddar, shredded

1 C. Milk

1/4 tsp. Dry Italian Seasoning

Salt and Pepper to taste

3 T. Melted Butter, reserved

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish.

In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except for the reserved melted butter.

Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and drizzle with butter.

Cover and bake for 45 minutes.  Serve!
