Gluten Free Kid-Friendly Dinner Idea

Short on time but bellies are grumbling?  With just a few ingredients you can have dinner ready in a flash! 🙂

Here’s What You Will Need:


1 Box Chebe Bread Mix (any will do and all are gluten free)

1 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar (any shredded cheese will work)

2 C. Shredded Mozzarella

1 Can Pizza Sauce

2 Eggs

Olive Oil

2 Eggs

Pepperoni (Hormel has gluten free)

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Follow the box’s directions for mixing the dough – you will use 1 C. of cheese, water, eggs, and oil.

Divide the dough as many times as you like and roll each into a ball.  We made 12 mini pizzas.

Using your hand or a rolling pin (like this mini rolling pin featured below), roll out each dough ball into small circles.


Place all of the crusts on a cookie sheet (or two) and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top each with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.  Return the cookie sheet to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.


Voila!   Add a fruit salad and some fresh veggies and dinner is on the table.
