Gluten Free Saucy Pork Chops

All you need is a couple of butterflied pork chops and a few ingredients to make the cooking sauce and you’ve got dinner in the oven!

Here’s What You Will Need:

2 Boneless Butterflied Pork Chops

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard

1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

1 tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil

1/2 C. Orange Juice

1/4 C. Packed Brown Sugar

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a small casserole dish (the one shown here is 9 x 7 inches).

Place the pork shops in the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle with salt, dry mustard, and ginger.  Drizzle toasted sesame oil over the top and sprinkle with the brown sugar.  Gently pour the orange juice around the pork.

Cover and bake in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.

Remove from the cooking liquid and serve immediately.  Try this recipe with my Peanut Butter Rice!
